Happiest 9 Months of Our Lives
We can hardly believe that Aubree is now 9 months old. She has been such a pleasure to be around. Her presence has brought so much joy to our home. She is babbling all of the time now. She has 3 main understandable words, Momma, Daddy & Alex. Her procedure with the ear tubes went great! Thank you for all of your prayers. The tubes have been doing their job. They have been draining a lot lately. The poor baby was sent home on Monday from daycare with 101.5 temp. Bebe and Gigi came to stay with her for the remainder of my work week. Dr. Holt said she probably had a viral infection after blood work and testing her for RSV. Both came back negative. The chest x-ray showed that she still has bronchiolitis, so we are continuing to give her breathing treatments. She does pretty well with them for the most part. She has her second boo-boo on her noggin from trying to pull up on things. I am sure there will be many more to come. She loves to play with her toys. Friday night we were in the den watching tv and Bree emptied her toy basket completely. She pulled every toy in there out. It was so funny. She usually just plays with whatever we put out for her, but this time she crawled over to the basket and emptied it. She is a woman who know what she wants! Although, she is also very indecisive like her mother. If Kerry and I are sitting on opposite sides of the room she will crawl towards one of us half way and then turn and go back towards the other and then repeat the process until we go get her or something else catches her attention. She is so fun to watch. She really is entertaining! Once again, we are blessed by her presence in our lives. She is such a sweet girl!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We had a very blessed Christmas. I was off from Dec. 20th thru Dec. 30th to spend time with Bree during her 1st Christmas and w' family. I enjoyed my time thoroughly! Thank you to everyone who so kindly gave to us this year. We appreciate the lovely gifts. Bree enjoyed all the people and lights and wrapping paper this year. She also got several really cool toys that she enjoys playing with. And also some adorable clothes that she loves. She is officially a crawler now. She goes all over the place. She is pulling up on everything too. We can't believe how quickly she has grown. She is still nursing but is also eating all kinds of baby food and cereal. She has a head full of golden blond(almost white) hair. And the bluest eyes ever! She is the happiest baby and is so loving and playful. I love it when she gives hugs and kisses. It is so precious! She weighed 16lbs 7oz. yesterday at the ENT doctors office. Which by the way, she still had an ear infection in her right ear. Therefore we have decided that since she has had ear infections for the past five months that we are going to put tubes in her ears. The procedure will be on this Friday, January 4, 2008. The procedure itself takes only about 5 min . Dr. Baeur will drill a whole, suction the fluid and put in antibiotic tubes. He assures us that she will instantly feel better. Please pray with us for Bree and those taking care of her during this time. We are anxious for Bree to be back to felling her best! We wish everyone a wonderful 2008!
